B-Dazzled’s Profile

We are a Male/Female established Duo that has been on the circuit for over 12 yrs as a duo. Previous to this, Louise, one half of the duo worked for  5 years as a Solo Act.

We are a non-stop show singing songs from 60’s.motown,northern soul 70’s,80’s  90’s right through to Modern music .We are a freelance act and have peformed in areas such as: Wakefield, Leeds, Pontefract, FerryBridge, Hull, Goole, York, Scarborough, Bridlington, Skipsea, Manchester, Boston, Wigan, Preston, Blackpool ,Stoke-on- trent, Nuneaton, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham, Mansfield, Chesterfield ,Sheffield, Worksop, Rotherham and many more. 'We carry our own lights and also effect lights if the club caters for acts with Haze Machines etc.. and our sound is of good quality... About ourselves:

Chris is the other half of this duo who originally was a Drummer with a well known Chart band back in the 70’s/80’s  called the ‘Thompson Twins’ before they got famous...initially the band used to tour the local colleges etc chris was one of the original founded members of this band.. but the managers of the record deal contract insisted on keeping the band minimal and more electro..which meant members of the origianal band were cast aside.
Chris has Drummed with other live bands before this such as Four wheeldrive and The Limit, after the ‘Thompson Twins’  in the 80’s Chris  went on to drum witha band called ‘India Twist’.
Chris also did the sound for Louise when she was Solo..it through doing this Chris decided to join up with Louise and form the duo.

Louise has always had a passion for singing  and the stagesince she was a child..she was in the School Choir in the Junior and Senior schools and later in her teens performed alongside the ‘Philarmonic  Orchestra’ at the ‘Winding Wheel’  in Chesterfield.
At the age of  7  Years until she was  11,Louise  was in Dance Shows  at the ‘Aquarius nightclub’-Chesterfield,which was  Directed and  Choreographed  by Proprieter  Sue  Jones from ‘Kickers Dance Studios’in Chesterfield.
Louise attended a ‘Combined Arts’ Course at ‘Lea Green’ in Matlock,Derbyshire and composed her own song at the age of 14.
In 1992 Louise joined up with Sarah Delaney to form a Live 70’s Tribute act..performing the act in Venues around Derby, which was Directed and choreographed by ‘Simon Gross’ who has been seen on  tv on programs such as Devils Kitchen,What The Butler Saw and recently on Louie Spence’s ‘Pineapple Dance Studio’s’
In 1993 Louise  performed a Solo song  in the musical ‘Godspell’ at the ‘Pomegranate Theatre’ Chesterfield. In 1994 also she was in the chorus line in ‘Beauty and the Beast’ alongside Soap stars at the ‘Pomegranate Theatre’.
In 1994 before Louise started her Solo Career,she joined up with J.J Brown to form a duo called
‘The Voices’ performing in local clubs and public houses which ended in 1995.
